By accessing and using BeEmotion.ai's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you don't agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Service description
BeEmotion.ai provides AI-powered video analysis services for expression and behavioural insights. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. User accounts
To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
4. Content and data
You retain all rights to the content you upload to our services. By using our services, you grant us a licence to process and analyse your content for the purpose of providing our services.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purposes
- Upload content that violates any third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
6. Payment terms
Paid services are prepaid. You buy credits in advance by card through our payment provider, and each API call uses credits from your organisation's balance at the rates published when the call is made. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Calls that would take the balance below zero are refused. Calls that fail are refunded to your balance automatically. Unused credit is not refundable, except where the law requires it. Purchased credit does not expire; free credit expires 90 days after it is granted. Enterprise services are invoiced under a separate agreement.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
